Área de Interés:



1.Presencia de compuestos bioactivos en recursos convencionales y no convencionales para la alimentación animal, estableciendo su relación sobre la calidad funcional de la carne, leche y derivados; así como sus implicaciones en la salud del consumidor.



2.Evaluación de nutracéuticos, alimentos funcionales, exploración farmacodinamia (bioquímicos y fisiológicos) de compuestos bioactivos de plantas y alimentos; para la prevención o intervención sobre las anormalidades metabólicas de la obesidad modelos murinos y ensayos clínicos.
